Return & Refund Policy

At Cafarde Pvt. Ltd., we value our customers and want you to have the best Apple experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Returns
    • Products once sold are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon purchase.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
      • Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (with all accessories, manuals, and box)
      • Returned within 7 days of purchase with the original invoice.
    • Opened/activated Apple products (such as iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and Watches) cannot be returned unless proven defective.
  2. Exchanges
    • In case of a manufacturing defect confirmed by Apple or Cafarde’s technical team, the product may be exchanged for a new unit of the same model.
    • Exchange eligibility depends on Apple’s official guidelines.
    • Accessories and wearables (AirPods, chargers, cables, etc.) can only be exchanged if unopened or defective.
  3. Refunds
    • Refunds are approved only if:
      • The product is unavailable for replacement/exchange.
      • The return is validated under Apple’s guidelines.
    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
    • Delivery, setup, or service charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
    • Opened or activated Apple products without defects.
    • Software, digital products, subscriptions, and gift cards.
    • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorised repairs.
  5. Warranty Claims
    • Warranty and after-sales service are handled as per Apple’s official warranty policy.
    • Customers must provide the original invoice for warranty claims.
    • Cafarde is not responsible for denial of warranty by Apple in cases of misuse or accidental damage.
