Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Cafarde Pvt. Ltd. By purchasing products or availing services from Cafarde Vadakara or any of our branches (Thrissur, Coimbatore, Bangalore), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. General
    • Cafarde Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an authorized Apple reseller offering Apple products, accessories, and related services.
    • By engaging in a purchase or service request, the customer (“you”, “your”) accepts these terms.
    • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  2. Products & Pricing
    • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in Apple pricing, government taxes, or supply conditions.
    • Product availability depends on stock and Apple’s supply chain.
  3. Payments
    • Payments must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • Accepted modes: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and other approved payment channels.
    • For EMI purchases, eligibility is subject to bank/finance provider approval.
  4. Warranty & Service
    • All Apple products are covered under Apple’s official warranty policies.
    • Warranty claims will be handled as per Apple’s guidelines and require original invoices.
    • Cafarde is not responsible for warranty denials due to misuse, unauthorised repairs, or accidental damage.
    • Extended warranty or AppleCare+ can be purchased at an additional cost (if applicable).
  5. Returns & Exchanges
    • Products once sold cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects identified within the warranty period.
    • Opened/used products are not eligible for returns unless proven defective.
    • Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
  6. Order & Delivery
    • Delivery timelines are estimated and subject to availability and logistics.
    • Cafarde is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
    • Customers must check the product condition at the time of delivery.
  7. Data & Privacy
    • For device setup, backup, or transfer, Cafarde staff may assist customers, but we are not responsible for any data loss.
    • Customers are advised to back up their data before handing over devices for service.
    • Customer information is kept confidential and used only for billing, service, and support purposes.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    • Cafarde is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage.
    • Responsibility is limited to the maximum extent permitted under law and in line with Apple’s policies.
  9. Governing Law
    • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
    • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala (for Vadakara & Thrissur branches) and Karnataka/Tamil Nadu (for respective branches).
